How long time will take before receive my oder?
The time it takes to receive your order is dependent on 2 factors: The delivery method you choose and the order fulfilment period. Please note that we do our best to make sure you receive your order timely.

What is the delivery method time and cost?
We usually ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx, 3-7 working days to worldwide.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the item weight and the shipping method you choose.
We will start preparing goods upon receipt of buyer/TT copy. After payment has cleared, we will deliver the goods within the deadline on which both parties agreed.

Oder fulfilment period
They shall be available for shipping within three (3) business days after payment has cleared. Please note, however, any shipping availability or delivery dates mentioned here, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. We do not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. The order total you see on the pi (i.e., goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

If my oder detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance ?
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China Hong Kong, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
